I am hearing that Etling has looked very inconsistent, some days he's on point other days he looks like the 3rd string qb.

Brennan has looked outstanding,he will not redshirt!

As each day goes he's looking much more comfortable. I am told he will be starter, if Etling can't get the job done.

His arm strength and accuracy has stood out. Him and Drake Davis seem to be on the same page, it's his go to receiver, When he throws the ball its always on stride.

It's starting to seem like it depends if Canada thinks he can keep him upright.

Meh. Sounds about right from the extremely little I've seen via stats and video, and O seems to really like Brennan. I'm still hoping we don't have to depend on a freshman this season though

I am getting mixed messages one day the backup is Brennan the next day it's Lowell. I am hearing that Lowell might take the redshirt.

What about the other QB's - LS, JM, LN - nothing from them?

If you didn't 100% blow your credibility EVEN FURTHER in the OP, then you did here. You're awful.

I never hear about LS and JM.
That's telling me they got past up. LN might take a redshirt only because his knee. He could be the starter next year. He has sick arse talent.

This quote contradicts this though. Not calling you out but....

Why u say that ? I can see them leaning towards the freshman to backup etling and prepare for best year.. although dal posted what I would say by reading all the info that's come out. Is this his opinion or is he tt someone close to the inside ?

Just expect Etling to be on a short leash. Canada is not playing around.

I personally think you just start Etling until he shows that he's just terrible. Starting a true freshman in the SEC west with a brand new offense just doesn't sound good to me.

Scott and McMillan are not SEC caliber quarterbacks. They will never start a single game for LSU.

This situation is very fluid.
Canada likes the competition it's good. Brennan has came in and opened their eyes. I do see Etling starting against byu but I am hearing Brennan could get some snaps possible a few games into the season.

It's not out of the question that they redshirt Brennan. He still hasn't beat out McMillan

DALSU throws shite against the wall and sees what sticks. Narcisse has not once been considered to be the backup by the staff. He is a project with a ton of potential.
