Link? What's the source? Seems plausible.

And the Cotton Bowl is in Fair Park. Yeah, there's bad neighborhood nearby, but there's also a concert venue and the Summer Musicals playhouse. It's not like it's some war zone or night events are even uncommon.

Cotton bowl in southeast of downtown in fair park. Jerry world is in Arlington 30 minutes to and hour away depending on traffic.

Looks like the closest it will get to us is Tyler, which is 2 hours east.

I think they give this until about this time tomorrow to see if the forecast track of Harvey stays as it is. If it appears that Harvey is headed toward Memphis, then Dallas seems like a very viable option. The west side of the storm is dry and Dallas should be fine.
