Espn 3 with firestick

If I have the watch espn app can I access espn 3 if the game is on that channel

Yes...you need a cable subscription though

You got that backwards. ESPN3 access is based on your internet service provider and the actual tv channels are based on your cable/satellite provider.

Dale, chances are your ISP does have access but you can either check here or try to fire up an ESPN3 feed and see if it works (if so, you're good for any ESPN3 feed).

I figured as much, and just wanted to clarify. Also, one thing I noticed they recently did was add tv providers to that list I linked so it looks like you were still correct.

you can watch literally every ESPN channel and alternate channel with the firestick
