Enough already with the "LSU is Fill in the blank positionU"

I know I'm going to get hammered for this but I just got to put it out there.
Every week and sometimes multiple times a week, I see LSU is RBU, LSU is DBU, LSU is DLU, ETC.
I feel this makes us look bad, or specifically our coach look bad. I also see best OC and DC. we obviously have more talent than anyone and have great coaching, why aren't we getting the results that Bama is getting? Why do we consistently fall short of expectations? Why do we lose to Ole Miss? Why do we struggle against Arkansas?
How about just say LSU is a good feeder to the NFL and be done with it? Every time I see the new thread or headline on the home page I cringe.
I can't wait for the bama obsessed comments, but they are the college football standard bearers.

People make retroactive expectations all the time on here. Pretty hilarious.

I agree.
A lot of our players seem to reach their full potential after their LSU careers. To me, that means we have exceptional athletes that are coming through the program who either aren't utilized enough or aren't developed strongly enough during their time in college.
Let's focus on beating Ole Miss this year before LSU football is crowned the "U" of anything.

Me too. I also expected us to lose 2 or 3 games before the season. We lost 3.

I feel like fans like you that don't see the bigger picture and under appreciate the success the program has achieved make us look worse than anything else.

Because I'm willing to bet money that you didn't come on here and predict that LSU would go 11-2 (which would mean we fell short of expectations) before the season actually started...

A team we should never struggle against. Even in 2011 when the final score showed a blow out, we struggled mightily, until TM turned it on.
