What is the thought of putting this in motion. It sure seems like it would stop all of this crap committing ,decommiting . I feel this brings out the under handed crap AKA ole miss. It could also save ton's of money

since players can currently sign anytime they want, I am not sure what the point would be....they will still wait until the last day just as they currently do, IMO.....
