Dysfunction in the team and coaches

I've notice the team post game interview. It's clear as day there is dysfunction with the players. White has commented on players working hard and players that are not, if you read between the lines.

Also I think the coaches are in dysfunction on who they want to play and the direction of where they want the offense and defense wants to go
