Bowe's contract states that he moves inside to TE. Savvy move on his part. Browns don't have a QB with throw outside the #'s.

There are different types of jokes. There are sarcastic jokes that are ironic, with essentially no truth to them. Then there are jokes that are meant to convey a truth, to varying degrees, that are maybe slightly or extremely exaggerated. Since I'm only looking at words on a screen, with no additional information, I'm not really able to decipher what kind of joke it is. What I'm saying is that if it was a non-ironic joke (a joke of exaggerated truth), then it doesn't make much sense based on Bowe's 8-year career.
