...if they or A&M don't make a BCS game. The Cotton Bowl will take A&M over LSU. They would love to have a Texas vs. A&M matchup. Plus, LSU will be there in September. Capital One and Outback will probably go with Geogia, USC, and Florida. Whichever two don't make a BCS game. Don't be surprised if LSU drops to the Chick fil a Bowl, if they don't make it into a BCS bowl.

If everyone ahead of us loses like they're projected to, at worst we go to cotton. More than likely, we finish 4th or 5th in the BCS and go to fiesta

I just don't see it, as long as we win out.

Guess what I'm saying is that if Bama and an SEC East team go to BCS bowls, I see Cotton taking A&M over LSU. Two other highly ranked SEC East teams will be available for Outback and Capital One. Putting LSU in Chick-fil-a Bowl.

If LSU wins out, IMO worst case, Cotton Bowl. It's more than just ticket sales. A LSU/Texas would also sell out. I don't think the Cotton Bowl would want 2 teams that close to Dallas. Less hotels would be needed, fewer dollars for the restaurant and tourism industry.

Texas vs A&M matchup will be MUCH MORE appealing. They would sell out, and it's not really a day trip for either team. They will fill up the hotels.

Suppose you slept thru the Cotton Bowl against the Ags and the Duck game. shite, Dallas loves LSU football like Omaha loves Tiger baseball.

You're right Dallas loves LSU football, even more than UT and A&M football. What was I thinking?

Would be LSU's third game at Jerry World in as many years - that should be some consideration.

What makes you think the Capital One bowl takes an east team? They usually take a west team while the outback takes an east

This makes absolutely no sense...if georgia loses to bama in the SECCG, they would drop below LSU. If florida loses to FSU, they will drop below LSU. USCe isn't jumping us. I'm confused as to what you're thinking. It's going to come down to whether people think LSU or johnny football is more attractive and lucrative

No, they love greater than 50% of the tickets to be from out of town. So when the Horn and Ag fans leave work, go to the game, then go home and cook pancakes. LSU fans will he there three days, spending a fortune, and gobbling up all kinds of shite, making folks millions.

What were you thinking?

Florida will lose to Fla. St. in Tallahassee, either Geo or Bama will have another loss (in SEC champ game), and ND will lose to USC @ USC. LSU wins out, goes to four in the BCS and ends up in a BCS bowl.
