Hurts is a lot more elusive and has the ability to fake stunt the run and pull up to pass.

He'll be a much bigger handful than Fitz.

I like the spy idea, but we need to contain him.

Exactly... He may not be where Riley is just yet and Riley most certainly deserves to play but White is frickn good. Looks ALOT like Minter imo. He doesn't just hit, he tackles and I love that about him. He's big, fast, physical, and has great instincts. The kid attacks the point of attack and we sure could use the extra beef in this game. Now whether or not he's up to speed on the scheme idk apparently not and Duke looks like he's always calling out plays so maybe he's just too much better in that department. Maybe we could put white in place of divinity? I know it's not ILB but he's fast enough for the outside. Idk we'll see I guess he will be a monster eventually I can see that already.

this isn't how this works.

We will see the sub packages we have seen all year, I am more excited to see what Alexander and Lawrence are ready to do with another two weeks, these two are getting better by the day. Alexander had a great game Saturday.

Big difference this year is that LSU has the D Line depth to go 4 quarters vs. Bama. There's a chance LSU's D Line depth may wear Bama out.

We are definitely much better than the last couple of years. A few good snaps out of Valentine, with Gilmore and Alexander...with Lawrence as well with four man looks...and we are in pretty good shape.

I hope we see our DBs come to play, a great game out of Thomas would come in handy. I also keep thinking X Lewis is going to break out.

I feel more confident about this game then the last three against Alabama. Chad Kelly is probably the best QB in the West and we did pretty well against him. I think we are going to expose Hurts' youth and inexperience and parlay it into 17-24 pts. Offensively and defensively, I believe we can put up 34-41 pts against Alabama, which should be good for a 17-24 pt victory.
