If he gets all the reps from Day 1 and starts the season, would we currently be saddled with 4 losses?

I think 2 losses: Aubie and MSU...both were on fire the night we played them and relatively early in the season before the D gelled.

I truly think we beat both Arky and the Gumps (only because I think BH would have improved and given us a multiple threat attack).

So what's the scoop? Over or under 4 losses?

We for sure would have lost to Wisconsin if we're honest. Though he wasn't good throughout the game, Jennings did have a couple clutch throws that were essential to winning that game.

Would have lost to Wisconsin,Au, MSU and at least one of Bama/Arky.
Maybe Fla as well

There's really no way to know, but I think 4+ is a good bet. The first couple of SEC games (MSU and AU) were unwinnable with the way the defense was playing, so that's twp. Florida, Wisky, Bama, and Ole Miss could have gone either way, and Arky was a dumpster fire. Probably pull 2-3 more loses from that bunch.

5 or 6 maybe.

He clearly cannot hand-off the ball as well as AJ.

He couldn't do worse than AJ.

I say 2, maybe 3.

AJ will end up with 4 plus auburn.

Possibly UF and our bowl matchup.

Well since he cant get people lined up or turn the correct way to hand off the ball, Id have to say at least 2 more losses at this point vs the starter.

I thought Harris got a start this yr against an average defense? But we think he could do something against the Gumps and Arky's D?

OP must be a relative.

Or just not a close minded person

FWIW Jennings has turned the wrong way on a handoff in a couple games this season and he's been in the system longer with a lot more game experience.

The losses wouldn't matter to me. Realizing that this was a young team all I wanted to see was improvement. The Defense has improved tremendously, but the Offense has not. Harris could have had 5 or 6 losses and I wouldn't have cared, as long as he showed improvement. Jennings has 4 losses and hasn't shown the first sign of improvement and that has me scared that next year will be another 4 or 5 loss season.

Close-minded? But thinking Harris could lead this team this year and we'd only have 2 losses makes a person open minded?

I'll say 4. Harris lost to Auburn as the starter, and MSU would've been a loss anyway. We could've beat Bama and Arky if Harris improved enough throughout the season, but Wisconsin, Florida and Ole Miss could've gone the other way if Harris had a bad game. So the same number of losses, but to different teams.

We will never know. I think we could have beaten State. With 3-4 solid games prior to Auburn who knows.

I haven't seen AJ win any games for us this year.
