I know he broke his leg last year during camp? What would he be a redshirt sophomore? This kid is a fantastic athlete and could be a huge deep threat

Really? Do you think he contributes next season? We seem to have a lot of talent at the position

We're gonna have one of the deepest WR cores in the SEC in 2015. Couple that with our O-Line expierence, Fournette leading the dance, and two QBs with a year plus in the system. We could be in for a fun season.

Darrel Guice Ducre Brossete and Melvin Jones will also compliment all of this.

My god I'm so excited for 2015.

For real?

Avery has been passed up by just about everyone. Hes clearly behind Dural, Dupre, Diarse, and Quinn. And has played in just 1 game while Chark has played in 6, Spears and Leslie in 3. And that 1 game was vs Sam Houston St, which was a 56-0 beat down.

He should switch to defense or transfer. Love the kid. Just don't think he's gonna do anything with the talent that we have and the talent that we have coming in.

Which is sad because this kid loves LSU more than anyone.

Anthony Jennings will still be the starter. Temper your excitement.

What O-line expereince if we have only one returning starter back if most choose the NFL.

Is it just me or is it every preseason the O-line is supposed to be good?

Hawkins not looking to leave. Vadal currently not projected in top 3 rounds so he is waiting on his NFL grade. Likely he gets told he should return. At any rate the Tigers cupboard for big young OL is full and they are due to get possibly the best in the nation come the Feb. class. Tuehema could possibly become the first TF starting OT for LSU under Miles.

Currently our top 5 receivers are :

Dural
Diarse
Dupre
Quinn
Chark

Peterson has work to do to get on the field. It has been a long time since he was tearing up Miami as a HS Junior.

And when you think about it, those guys are more than we'll ever need for the type of offense we run.

It's only taken 3 weeks for the optimism to start rolling around. I expect the same old song and dance. Best OL ever, will struggle. Deepest RB core in SEC, will struggle due to being 1 dimensional. Experienced QBs, we've seen that. Lastly, a stout D.

Sounds like another 9-3 and what could have been.

Yep. And Chark is clearly a superior deep threat to Avery in the 5th receiver slot. He's the fastest player on the team, which is why the coaches like him.

Peterson hasn't been able to regain his junior year (HS) form. Injuries piled up, and the lost year at Hargrave cost him. At this point, it has been four years since Peterson was an elite player.
