There was a time I might have rewatched a game but now I’d rather watch a current game (sometimes) that a repeat of one already in the books. Too much time.

I live for LSU football on youtube. One hour, rush hour, or full game...have watched it. Avoid the ones out of Russia, however.

Is there a YouTube version of LSU/ Florida 2017?

I've started this year to remind myself how far we've fallen. When our team had swagger and could back it up. Back when I had season tickets and gamedays on campus were something I looked forward to all year. Back when we were the talk of the national scene not a national joke. :sigh:

I do, I'm 22 so the 97 Florida game and 03 Georgia were before my time of LSU fandom. Unfortunately I haven't been able to find those on YouTube. I really would like to see the Georgia game to hear the famous "LSU" chant after that UGA score.

One of my favorites to rewatch is vs West Virginia.
That place was rocking, one of the best environments for a college game I ever been in outside of TS. Les Miles absolutely sucked the life out of that stadium. It was amazing to witness.
They really thought they were going to win.

Go watch the 2011 Florida game if you really want to bask in self-loathing. Back when we would absolutely smash other good teams. I forgot Florida had Jacoby Brissett, Jordan Reed, and Mike Gillislee on that team too. That game was over after the first two possessions

Man, that is EXACTLY what I am going to do ... one day. Enjoy every dadgum minute.

If available, watch Todd Kinchen run circles around A&M. Fun night to be in Tiger Stadium. Or, perhaps one of the old Auburn games in view of this weekend's contest.

Often. A few of my favorites are 1971 Notre Dame and 1982 @Bama. Love the games with Paul Hornung and Jimmy Taylor on the call. Couple good ole baws

And my response answered that question. I prefer new games. I rarely if ever watch old YouTube games. Does that compute for you now?

I've tried to find "really" old games. Had some success, especially LSU vs Neb 1971 Orange Bowl. Had to look for Neb Championship on YouTube to find that one. I as 16 at the time and loved listening to John Ferguson call the games on KWKH in Shreveport, as I did for years. Anyway, that was one of Cholly Mac's finest defenses and led the nation in run defense (38 yds/gm). Offense...not so much. LSU lost 17-12 after a "much bigger" Neb offensive line wore us down and Jeff Kinney helped the Neb offense run for over 100 yds. Anyway, love watching games when we HAD an offense, Wickersham, Hodson, Risher....boy could they hum that football. Great defenses...like ours in 2003-2011 (not so much in 2008, but I digress; offense had a way of putting that years defense in untenable situations). Saban's (yes, him) years of pulling us back into prominence; Even CLM's first 6-7 years were good/decent. We were always in the national picuture...I would love to have 2006's offense paired with 2003s or 2011s defense on the field right now...I just don't think Moo st or Troy would have stayed on the field with us and there is NO FRICKING WAY Bama would beat us, no way. that's my 2 cents....
