Serious question, at the office today everyone is acting as if it is a far gone conclusion that he will be fired soon and many are saying that they never even wanted him here in the first place. Who are the people that actually think he was a good hire and want him here?

The clueless face Ole Ed O had after near the end of the game was embarrassing.
The last time I saw that "deer in the headlights look" from a coonass my uncle flooded his truck trying to launch his boat. Thank god that time it was just shitty boat and not a once proud football program.

he ran a political campaign and suckered all the backwater boys into loving him. it's admirable really

just turns out he's not good at his job (shocker)

There are like 20 people on here that love the hire because Ed O loves LSU.

I was willing to give him a chance. I would not have hired him. Everything he can give us we could have gotten with him at dline coach.

I'm not selling him off yet.....yet

I really would have loved to see him getting passionate on the sidelines. That's what he supposedly is known for, yet nothing. Nada. Not a fricking peep.

I don't think he is a good coach, but I still want the team to win so I will continue to root for them to play well.

I like Orgeron and thought he was perfect fit as a DL coach and recruiter for LSU.
But, then again, he doesn't talk like me.

He's great as a position coach, i wish he was still a position coach. Sometimes we just need to stay in our lanes and do what we're good at.

I want Orgeron to succeed because it'd be nice to have a successful coach from Louisiana. We're stuck with him at least another 2 years unless this team really falls off the rails. This teams youth showed last week and the lack of talent at the qb position showed up big time. All the biggest fears from the preseason came true.

There are a lot of people that wanted him.

A couple of people I really respect thought that this model of a coach providing no expertise and delegating his in-game duties was great and had promise. Amongst friends and family from Louisiana I was in the minority for being opposed to him. I don't know how they feel about things right now.

Apparently the people with money, the ones that really count, wanted him here.
Sorry you work in an office with those that don't

Is this like supporting the troops, but being against the war?

I love and support LSU, but I never liked the coaching hire.

So...with you of way of thinking, if you're wife was getting dicked down by some other dude, you would support her because she is your wife? Great logic bro.
