It's not hitting them that they're watching "lesser" bowls with these "lesser" teams in these awesome bowls with their "lesser" rankings
A lot of that has to do with the athletes that these teams have. Could you imagine our offense if we could gain just a little bit of creativity? I bet it would be an amazing sight.

But like another poster said....we can't even get the pee wee version correct on a consistent basis

Yeah and this string of losing seasons really hurts, right?

No? LSU beat them 16-14 at home. You remember that great win right? Miles was ecstatic over that victory.

Oregon beat them 48-13 on the road.

This was in 2010. LSU didn't have a great team that year either, just one that (barely) managed to win all the close ones.

It's 2012 now, so try again.

The string of zero national championships the past two seasons due to horse shite offensive play sure hurts.

But all is well. 92 yards of offense last year in the championship game is all on the players and their lack of execution. I actually thought Copeland was gonna bust that 3rd and 4 for a 55 yard TD run too. He just didn't execute.

You haven't been watching the games. There's all kinds of misdirection ... on the part of the o-line to create an unexpected hole. And the RB's don't always go straight ahead either, the line and the receivers (yes, the receivers) work together to open a hole a LB isn't there to plug.

Do you even know what a "gap" is on the line?

If they aren't executing basic plays correctly, it would be a total clusterfrick.

Remember Gary Crowton? Right, the guy with an offense that was "too complicated" for the players. Yeah, that one.

I guess some of you werent fans prior to 2003. That 02 offense was dismal and worse than anything miles has feilded. 04 offense was on par with 09. But yeah saban is a genious and lsu was an offensive juggernaut under him.

You guys are idiots. Lsu has averaged 32 pts a game in miles tenure and has coached 3 of the most prolific offenses lsu has ever had.

But...but...but...LSU doesn't run all the cool plays that me and my drinking buddies do on our V-Box.

I bet they do. I'd imagine they'd, like all coaches, say they are too busy preparing for their game to watch others.

But that's what coaches say. I think they watch.

Not sure they aren't. The LSU offense really isn't difficult to figure out and defend. It basically counts on our guys being more talented than their guys and this isn't always the case.

I'm watching this Mich. State offense and have seen them several times this year. Just a simplistic, easy to defend offense and it's almost identical to LSU's.
