Did the Tigers basketball wear out Texas Southern

or is TCU basketball that much better than LSU?
TCU just beat them 96-59.
Who schedules two power conference road games back to back (two games in 21 hours)?
It's probably a little of both. Jamie Dixon is a good coach and TCU should do well in the tough Big 12.

Texas Southern just played a back-to-back. Not shocking that TCU killed them.
But yes, TCU is probably better than LSU.
Also, does anyone know if Texas Southern flew or bussed from BR to Fort Worth? Rough scheduling.

That's a rough turnaround. Leave Baton Rouge at about 10:30 PM, travel to FT. Worth 7 hours away if by bus, and start warming up for today's game at 4:00 PM.
TCU was also playing their first game after 8 days off for finals. They were fresh and hungry.

Don't know for sure, but I would guess they bussed, since the mid-major teams tend to do that when feasible. Helps save on travel costs, even if it is rough on the team.

I saw yesterday that Texas Southern hadn't played a home non conference game since 2014 or something like that.

me and the kids saw them pull up on a bus with Texas plates at the back of the p mac. so i am assuming it wasn't coming from the airport...
