OP is correct. Canada was cursing in the press box before the play.
Either he was pumped up or pissed off. Likely the latter. FACT.

Maybe if we stop running a formation in the red zone that only went for 2 yards in 7 attempts we would have better odds? All double tight, double wing looked bad last night. The only complaint of the night. Why change what is working when you get to the red zone? Just run anything else near the goal line and the problem would have been solved.

I thought Canada was pumped up that they decided to go for it. He was pissed after because 77 whiffed the block
Posted on 9/3/17 at 1:46 pm to ehidal1
It looked to me like he said "who was that?" As in, who missed the block.

He appeared to say "I called pass"
Maybe pissed we checked to run?

Yet another stupid motherfricker wishing for a train wreck.
Yeah, we have had any number of those motherfrickers around the last few years.

No readjust lips. He says let's go guys!! Then immediately said wth happened? Meaning the missed block

he definitely said "let's punch this mother fricker in"
This is what I saw as well.

Of course O overruled him. Miles did it for years. Running the ball in never ever works

Exactly what happened fwiw

Actually, he looked stoked about it before the play and then when the RG whiffed and it got stuffed, he was pissed.
I swear, some of you just want there to be a controversy.

And only a couple plays later, after the turnover-on-downs, we ran right behind that same Freshman guard for the TD. He probably got coached up on the sidelines. That's a good sign.

Let the rumors fly! O and Canada absolutely hate each other!
Posted on 9/3/17 at 2:08 pm to BlueDogTiger
That play was on #77..
Williams walks in if he gets his block

Canada should be on the sideline................

He mouthed " Can we get some help?" Meaning 77 didn't do his job on the line. He was pissed because the dude completely missed his blocking assignment. Believe me he's calling all plays up there in the box. Coach O relies on it.

OP was correct that BEFORE the play Canada was cussing up a storm in the pressbox. Could have just been emotion wanting to punch the f'ing ball in the endzone.
If you actually watch him, he very clearly is excited about going for it. The OP tried to double down saying he looked pissed about it.
There's no getting around it. Some posters just can't handle not having some controversy to whine about.
