Wonder if Moffitt alerted Miles to the Email from Alleva? May explain that tweet Moffitt sent out regarding Fisher.

All that's missing is an email from Alleva to Cam asking if Miles is really running the offense

I wonder if anyone has alerted Moffitt to the fact that our players aren't strong enough to compete in the SEC week in and week out.

Going through Moffitt to get info on the players is underhanded, my guess is he's good as gone. Crazy days are definitely back. The only thing that will save LSU football from this is another coach like Saban who told everyone from the AD to the BOS to get the F out of the way and let me run this show!

He did it at LSU and the same thing works at Bama.

They are getting stronger.... Depth has a lot to do with our players being tired. A lot of the games, Beckwith and Jones played almost every single snap. Dline could also barely sub in and out. Need more bodies to keep everyone fresh

Unfortunately there aren't many Sabans-in-the-making out there, and if there were, these clowns would never have enough sense to hire one of them.

When did this happen?

Link? Not that I don't believe you, I just don't see it mentioned in any of the other stories about the emails.

My Boss' boss emails me all the time to ask about situations that I have direct impact on...my boss doesn't see it as undermining his ability to manage. Just going directly to the source.

Moffitt seems to have played a dirty role in all of this. It may be time for him to consider moving on

From a front page article in The Advocate this morning
quote:

After the Ole Miss loss, Alleva emailed strength and conditioning coach Tommy Moffitt to ask how the players’ “spirits” were.

Alleva asked Moffitt about player morale and whether they were still working hard from what I remember. I don't see that as that big a deal. Alleva knew what Miles would have said to save his own arse.

LSU is consistently one of the strongest and fittest programs in the country. Don't confuse weak coaching philosophies with weak players.

I think the wafb 9 article with all the email links mentioned it.

Sorry, see advocate quote above.

Yeah I mean the situation itself isn't all that rare, and most of the time in my experience it is preferable than having to explain things twice or having something lost in communication.

I don't see an issue with Alleva doing this, and I don't like Alleva. The S&C coach has more interaction with the players over the course of a calendar year than any other coach on staff. Can be a good primary source, especially for context.

You did watch the actual games right? We got pushed around pretty badly in our losses.

The extreme amount of stupid on this board apparently has no ceiling.
