Did Chavis and family live in Baton Rouge?

Was surprised to see Chavis and family maintained a home in Knoxville and Steele seemed to have a home in North Carolina. Did Steele and family not make Tuscaloosa their home?
Family circumstances, e.g. a sick and aging parent, certainly impact this but surprised Chavis AND family did not 'live' in Baton Rouge. Is this accurate or did Knoxville, TN, represent a second home?

no, I think his wife still lives in Tennessee

Prob had a condo here

I believe his wife said her parents were not in good health, so she spends most of her time in Tenn. with them.
