I just got off the phone with your boss. It was interesting, he said he feels like he overpaid for you too. Your work is not worth a damn, you sluff off way too much, and a word to the wise- don't even bring up your expense account. He said he wants to see you first thing tomorrow morning. He likely had to pay at least a million to get Canada. There was a market out there for him after what he did at Pitt.
Ogeron's market is probably, at best, $1.2 million. However, it wouldn't look good if you were paying your HC less than your coordinators. It would be pretty easy in that scenario to see who was actually "in charge".

Canada was a pretty hot OC. Coach Zero had no market value. We may have over paid a little for Canada but we really overpaid for zero. We offer the man 1.7 million as HC (3 year contract) he would have jumped on it.
