Any chance that he does move to RB at some point if LSU is able to land a great LB class for 2017? He will be a great LB, but after Fournette and Guice are gone, I cannot help but think he would be a great fit as the next work horse in line for carries. With speed and quickness like he has at 6 feet and 250 lbs of pure muscle he would be a Defenses nightmare at RB

I hope not. We need a true MLB next year when Beckwith is gone. That will be Whites job. Defense is far more important right now. Plus we will be able to sell RB's on Fournette and Guices success.

Idt so. Louisiana produces solid RB's every yr. if White excelles at his position there's no need to move him.

Nick Brossette is no slouch and LSU is still in it for Cam Akers.

It is in his best interest for his future to be a middle linebacker. NFL running backs don't last long.

The former is correct. The latter is not.

LSU is able to bring in 1-2 big time RBs in every class. They really only need 4 at a time, so the numbers works out perfectly. We will have Guice, Brossette, Clyde Edwards-Helaire and David Ducre at a minimum once Fournette is gone. LSU will be fine at RB.

White is going to be a LB, as will Dylan Moses

DD has him at 255 he is bigger than Beckwith, would make more sense to see how Queen does at LB or safety @ 211 and 4.45

Williams is solid but could leave next year 26. The poster said "at a minimum".

Absolutely zero reason to move him from ILB. He's going to be an absolute animal on defense.

That's very true, I must have overlooked that. But let's be honest, does anybody really think he will leave next year? So regardless, we'll be just fine at RB after Fournette leaves

I didn't count out Williams, but like the other poster said he could enter the draft if he wanted.

I look forward to seeing him run the ball as much as anyone
