Please no more with the offense.....Chavis def can't play 60 MINUTES OF FOOTBALL....OUR DEF BACKS ARE SAD they are not students of the game and to big headed cause I'm an L s u player. People... 4th and 16....Ala.. etc.......Chavis Ok at Times... bad defense play calling also... Miles please stay out of the cffense play calling... Hey call another Time out in the second half

I'm not making excuses for the offense but I'm just as pissed at the defense for shitting the bed on 4th and 16 as I am for anything the offense did.

the D had a chance to preserve the win in all 3 losses and could not do it. let Clemson score the last 2 times they had the ball

You don't think it would've helped if the offense put those teams away? Especially against Alabama and Clemson, the offense lacked the killer instinct and continually put the D in bad spots.
Defense was NOT our problem this year. Jesus we had a top 10 D.

You can't expect any defense to play 60 minutes. We recorded 1 yard in the 4th qtr, that has nothing to do with our D. We are poorly coached and undiciplined. Bottom Line!

Right, so it helps if the offense shows up from time to time.
If your D is on the field for most of the game, is it any wonder they crack in the end?

heck, u can't force the D to save the team time & time again. They had injuries & they'd been on the field all day--
best Pro def players cannot carry a team all day long, remember Saints in Ricky Jackson era:
GERAT defense all day long but *lost* consistently,
never forget the year we had 4 LB's in Pro bowl:
didn't make a difference, eh?
Tiger D is great,
Our Off lacked the ability to put teams away too many times this year.
Was it 7 or maybe 8 times we had 3-and-out in the 2nd half ?
I'm tired of arse-whoopin' Def that has to
save our team--not just win--but *save* our team too often.
The D even looked fatigued in last half of the season, c'mon, it's getting to be a serious problem.
As usual Tiger Def players, will go high in the draft: Simon, Keke & SonicSam or any of 'em will be drooled over by Pros.
Champion teams PUT opponents AWAY,
--but hey if u want to keep fans cheering for rah-rah exciting 4th quarter passing show, that's fine--
I'd rather crush teams & win Crystal Trophies.

Good points...I agree on most...But Clemson did score 25.Our def wore themselves out. 3 an out works both ways.Def line was great for the most part!
