DC Search... No Homerun hire this year. Ship is taking on water

Let’s face it guys and gals, no one wants to go down with the sinking ship. Les will not be able to hire a first class DC until two things happen.
1. Les has to get this program back to a respectful level competing for SEC championships. Right now, every good coordinator will stay away from this job because they fell Les is on his way out and they will not tarnish their own reputation. I don't blame them
2. Les Miles gets fired and a new staff comes in. Then you will see every great coordinator wanting to jump on board.
Just about the best we can do is to promote Haley and maybe we can hire Coach O, but even that is a long shot to me. I think the only coordinators we will get are ones that have been fired and are looking for a job at this juncture.

Miles is smarter than you think. It's recruiting dead period, think about it. There's an current unemployed guy that can contact recruits at his free will. Once that period is over, you'll see the news break about new DC. Common sense people.
