That's really all they can do. If he wants to go to the NFL, then he will. If he wants to stay here and possibly be our DC and HC in waiting, he can do that too.

He holds the title of "Associate Head Coach" - he's essentially already our head coach in waiting.
If/when Orgeron is fired, retires, or steps aside for whatever reason, it immediately becomes Aranda's team.
