He had a great freshmen year. I think he will be number 2 with GUice as the 3rd back. All should play a bunch.

LF-22-25 carries
DW-8-10
Guice-5-8

What do yall think?

Guice?

You sneakily edited your post to include Guice

I think Guice will be number three and eventually number two with Williams as the late-game hammer

Culotta and Prince already said this morning, don't believe all the hype on Guice just yet, one play from a scrimmage doesn't mean he knows all the protections and how to pick up blitzes. Guice will play but look for Williams more especially against Miss State on the road until Guice can handle a SEC load.

Williams had a solid year last year, I don't think he gets enough love on the rant

I see Guice as #2 and Williams as #3 personally. Guice is more of a complement to Fournette where as Williams can come in later in a game to be that physical presence late like Fournette is in Quarters 1-3.

I think opposite. Williams will pound early and then you bring in the 4.3 speed in the 2nd half. I'll take it either way. Just be sure LF is getting enough work.

An SEC load? He's a backup RB, he'll at most get like 10 touches a game.

Some of you really need to take a look at carries by Miles' RBs before posting this dumb shite.

LF - 20
Williams - 10
Guice - 7
Brosette/Ducre - 7

THis is what I really care about. I do think williams will probably be the 2nd best back on the team to start off. His freshmen season hasn't been forgotten in my eyes. I know everyone loves some guice but DW play very well.

I think it will depend on the situation. If we need a pass blocker, Williams. If we need someone running a route, Guice.

 yea because miles has had backs as talented as LF. I know hill was amazing but you need to stop posting dumb shite. I would bet my life that, if healthy, LF will get 22 carries a game.

I'll take the 10 years of proof that Miles likes to keep his backs fresh for the entire season by spreading the touches around.

You take your belief that he's going to change this philosophy just for LF.

I'd say 22 would be on the high side for him, not the average

But anything can happen depending on the way games play out

Steven Ridley 19 carries a game in 2011(not half the back LF is)

Literally multiple people with 17-18 carries a game in the miles tenure. LF more talented than all those.

You're just making my point for me. No back has averaged 20 carries a game, much less 22+.

Now with backs half as talented averaging 16-18 carries in the miles era, i sure as hell believe that LF SHOULD and will get 7 more carries a game than them.

And we haven't' had a back as talented as LF is my point. Miles knows that. His carries should be more than anyone since he has been here.
