Since the other Williams thread got anchored ( ) here are some highlights of Darrel Williams running last year at John Ehret.

He reminds me of Toefield when he was 100%.

Williams is under the radar but will have a great career at LSU.

Solid power back. If LF7 wasn't in his class he would have more hype. He will be a good back here.

We are in good shape at the HB position for years to come.

Darrel looks like a Jeremy Hill clone in those highlights.

he actually runs a whole lot more like adrian peterson than LF does. the LF and AD comparison really just comes from his once in a decade talent.

I thought literally the exact opposite. I was quite surprised with his speed through cuts

Everyones so busy preparing for Fournette they'll over-look our secret weapon Darrel Williams. Those cuts and that spin move were

He's def quick but not fast as in top end but he's not slow by no means. Gonna be a very good back. I also went back and looked at Kenny H fresh and sophomore highlights and man if only had the 3 without LF we would have a great back field, now add LF and good luck. Miles must know something we don't bc he sure is confident. I know we have lots of fresh in key positions but they are great players too. TE is also more talented then we have been prob ever. MD, then add the Veteren WRs this OL and if Harris or Jennings emerge this teams going to be very good. Linebackers looked great in the spring game with 2 picks. I think Gilmore Bain and Harron will emerge. Exciting team to watch for sure and look out next 2 years. QB position is looking better and better so. We good

He moves GREAT for his SIZE.

Hope he continues to mature physically into that frame, his burst is remarkable and he has great lateral quickness.

Wow just watched Fournettes highlights too now..

Oh my.. the way he uses his legs to power through.

Exciting times for both backs and the seasons ahead!

Both backs will be great if giving a chance.

Big back like Lacy. I think we all are caught up in the LF hype and well so but we have 4 pretty damn good RB's going into this season. A lot of people are writing off Hillard and he could end up having a damn good year as well.

With our Oline we will be pounding the hell out the ball early until we get our QB's settled in.

Looks real good. 90% of his hard cuts are sticking his right foot and cutting back left no matter which side he runs to. Still amazing Athlete.

Welcome aboard.
