Run defense has been excellent. They are giving up just 3.2 yards per rush. They have played at a high level in run defense. I can't say that about pass defense. What is surprising is that they have hit teams hard in the 1st quarter, outscoring them 63-10, and still the coverage part of the game has not clicked yet with most of the talent back from a year ago.
