Cal has been pretty solid in the Pac12 right?

Still don't like being paired across a 2 Seed with Arkansas

Wow, that's terrible. I hope this doesn't happen. Having to play either arkansas or Missouri state in a super is not really ideal. Missouri state ain't no joke. I would MUCH rather last week's prediction of being paired with the college of charleston regional that had unc as a 2

I think Missouri Stat gets the national seed over DBU - I guess depending on their tournament, but MSU finished 3 games ahead of DBU in the MVC.

folks, parity in baseball exists today way more than 10 years ago…..odds are, at least half the national seeds won't make it to Omaha.

there is no easy draw anymore nor a favorable one…any team we play in the Supers we will need to bring our A game to win

Kind of a tough draw. Would rather have CofC.

At least our 2 isnt Iowa or UVA.

if DBU doesn't get a national seed they will be the first #1 in RPI not to get a national seed. Could happen but I think their #1 ranking gets them a national seed.

I like our Regional.

The Super seems like it'll be tough. Missouri State and Arkansas are tough draws.. But really at this point I almost expect this

I would prefer to be paired with the Dallas Regional

wonder if a mid-major has ever been a national seed without winning their conference

I think Miami might overtake them in the RPI this week if they win a few games. They're pretty close now and the ACC teams will certainly carry more weight that the Valley.

It's horseshite that we would be paired with a regional with such a highly seeded team. Both LSU and Arky should have lower seeded pairs, IMO.

That said, bring the pigs on. It skewering their asses in a super would make advancing to Omaha doubly sweet.

I think its funny when people are like "woah, that would be a tough team to play in the super". I mean, its a super regional so you gotta expect they will be at least a top 16 team in the country. Likely between 9-16th best team. When you think about it that way, I like our pairing.
