Could this be Buga's "Tebow" moment?

I realize there was no crying, passionate speech, but is it possible that LF7 has decided he won't be stopped from this point on?

This was not on LF7. This was a matter of their D-Line being better than our O-Line. There was nowhere for him to run.

100% this. They were dominated so bad that no fancy trick plays would have been of any use. And Chavis' lazy arse left us fricked in defensive depth. That's something coach O and Steele can't fix in one year.

dominated so much that a screen pass seemingly would have killed the defense of Bama.

The O-line didn't even get off the bus. Yea, Leonard didn't play great but he barely had a chance to take a few steps with the ball.

Why didn't we throw screens them? When you have a player like that get him the fricking ball...

Swing pass
Screen pass
Line him up at WR for a pass and/or decoy
Something different than what wasn't working

Reminded me of the day that won't be mentioned.

T-Bob made a good point that you can't just install a new offense, but is there that little depth in the playbook?

We need to make an adjustment to the head coaching position.

Fat old white guys coaching a stable of horses in this day and age is unacceptable. We need a coach that gives us a chance to win.

Miles will never have us contend for a national championship again.

It wasn't LF fault that O-line got bullied around. It strait up just got over powered. He was hit behind or at the line 16 out of the 19 times he ran the ball.

The only other team in the nation that could dominate our O line like that might be Ohio state's D line, and I'm not even sure they could. Our o line will kick arse the rest of the year and Fournette will run wild. He'll still have a shot at the Heisman, especially if Henry and Bama drop the Miss St or Auburn game

They weren't rushing everybody on D. There were still LB's where that screen pass would have gone.

Bottom line, the Bama D-line dominated our O-Line, even when we attempted to pass (save the TD from the spread the play after JD Moore went out) Harris had no time and was visibly scared of getting killed and rushing all the throws.

Disagree.

No matter what happens from here on out, you can bet that the team has mailed it in and quit because of the BAMA loss. 2 more losses, minimum, the rest of the year. There's nothing else to play for anymore. You can bet the players have quit.

fwiw, this is what tRant has taught me over the weekend.

LF has not shown that he can catch

That reasoning right there is why I call the Heisman the dumbest award in sports. Nothing against you, but the media has determined that the Heisman must be awarded to the best player on a team that has fewer than 3 losses while that player plays well during a big game. RG3 is an exception that does not happen often. The media will conveniently forget that Henry has 3 games under 100 yards against teams with a way worse defense than Bama.

Because that's not something Miles believes in. Screens haven't been a part of the LSU offense for several years.
