for me - yes. IF he would spend the rest of the season working on the passing game. forget everything else - let harris throw the ball about 40 times each game, working on progressions, short throws, middle throws, getting fournette more involved. IMHO fournette should be getting 6-8 catches a game. Harris needs to find him more as a safety valve.

I'd rather lose the rest of our games if we are preparing the offense for next year than grind out a couple of close wins running the football. Of course we should've worked on the passing game all year long.

Miles has enough attributes that I could get back on board if he would allow us to be a modern football offense.

do I think he will? sadly, I don't.

Seems like we've been asking this question since 2009.

No I am ready for someone new...I have no faith that he is capable of change. He has used the same game plan vs bama since we won 9-6...with little success.

The question is...can he win his own team back?

I'm more interested in winning the games. We have the bowl season practices and spring and fall ball to work on developing Harris more in the passing game.

We tend to forget that it was his first season starting. All things considered I'm pretty happy with his play. He's going to be a 4 year guy and I think the next 2 years are going to be really good for us at the QB position if he stays healthy.

He hasn't "lost" me to win back. I pull for the team and whoever is on the sidelines. Having a say on who wears the headphones takes more money than I'm able or willing to donate, and bitching about it on a message board serves no purpose.

No, after 10 years you know what you have with Les Miles. Even in 2007 LSU still lost two games.

Of course he can. Hire an OC with creativity.

Start developing quarterbacks, stop losing players to attrition all the time (I really do think it's worse here than anywhere else; I don't have evidence. Just seems that way).

Win the SEC next year, beat Alabama.

If he does those things, I'll be happy with him.

Not a chance at all. Even he were to win the SEC next year(won't happen) it's time for a change. Everyone's time eventually runs out and his ran out on 1/9/12.

I would be very happy to go in a new direction but realize that will probably take another year unless Miles decides to retire now....or unless they close out November with 4 blow out losses. If that happens he should be fired 2 weeks from today.

Wow. Just wow.

Blindly following a guy because he's the head coach for your team, regardless of how bad he may be, is just absurd.

What you're describing is a type of blind faith or blind allegiance to a team or cause, regardless of the results. That's bad.

It's almost a silly question, isn't it? If Les fixes it, he would be the perfect coach.

The problem is, how do you make a man change his philosophy? I don't think it can be done. It's hard to undo stuff like that.

He never lost me. I support the head coach of my favorite team until he's gone. But I'm a real fan unlike the majority of you bandwagon clowns.

Until this team improves week by week and can consistently handle basic expectations(limit stupid penalties, getting plays in on time, special teams coverage and kicking), then no...

The only way he wins this tiger back is if we win out this season, and win the SEC next year with a playoff berth. Anything short of that see ya
