I'll be the Scott Rabalais of the Rant (for at least a few minutes). I hope you enjoy the reading:

LSU vs ARK for SEC West tile in 2015
Seems like the past few seasons it's been all about the great state of Alabama - w Auburn and Ala. playing for the national titles recently. By the way heaven forbid that they EVER play each other again outside of the IRON bowl. That would be the 2nd travesty of justice IMHO.
Now it's time for the bottom feeders or middle of the road feeders ("recently") to bring their A+ game to the table for the 2015 college football season. LSU is loaded w skill players everywhere - including QB for a change assuming Brandon Harris gets the opportunity to showcase his dynamic play-making skills. ARK is a powerhouse waiting to happen. They keep showing glipses of briallance and they certainly gained respectability last year shutting out the Tigers and the Ole Miss "Bears." WTF is that?
We'll know b/f October if these teams are truly for REAL. LSU's front end of the schedule is loaded w marquee games that could vault them to #1 in the country if they win out: powerhouse McNeese St., at Miss. State, Auburn, at Syracuse (have we EVER played at Syracuse?) .... ARK opens w perennial top 10-20 Texas Tech and AtM so the bull shite ends for both teams basically w opening snap of the season.
So how does LSU survive the month of Sept? Having Brandon Harris at the helm (IMHO) is a good start. He lit up Miss. State in Tiger stadium last season and almost completed the most miraculous comeback EVER in the history of football.... So I think having him start will be a good thing......
In ARK casd they played AtM in Arlington last season and lost in OT. AtM was #6 ranked team in the country at the time (w Kenny Hill at QB) and the "feel" was that ARK just could NOT get out of their own way. Well, they turned it around late in the season. This year will be different at Jerry's palace!
In conclusion, assuming it's a 2 horse race down the stretch the game in going to be in Tiger stadium and we all know that's where "dreams come to die." It's been a few seasons since that has proven true (LSU vs ALA come to mind for anyone? Ahhhhhhhh..........) It's time..... Dr D

I think Arky will be a very dangerous team again. I also think Bama, Auburn, Miss St and Ole Miss are dangerous teams... Basically the west is a roll of the dice again this year.

I think we open up a can on Miss St btw and it sets up a huge game with Auburn in week 3!!

Can't wait!!

I wouldn't be surprised if LSU and Arky are 1-2 in the West.

Tiger stadium is the best venue in all of college sports - especially on a Sat. night. It's a proven fact. AUB vs. LSU in 2015 should be epic!

If we're lucky, that's CBS 11/2:30 doubleheader day and UGA/Auburn play. Would not be surprised with an 11:00 kickoff

Do you know how much of their defensive line they're replacing?

I think people are overreacting to Arkansas' season last year. They're not as good as people are giving them credit for. IMO

agreed. You can't take anything from our game with them last year. We had zero motivation. What a horrible showing.
