Corner depth for spring

If Collins bolts for NFL and Robinson has played his last down for LSU, they will be thin this spring. I see they have White, Paris and Gage...Thomas will be recovering from ACL...Did Avery Peterson play CB in high school? Maybe if he has some ball skills he can re-invent himself. Or will they depend on an early enrollment guy?

Yes Collins is a strong possibility and who knows about Robinson. Hopefully Thomas fully recovers, but I like him better as a freelance nickel type guy. He doesn't look bad at corner. LSU has a couple of highly thought of commitments. Hopefully they sign up, no reason to think otherwise. Perhaps Paris, Gage, maybe Battle can step up.
I'm more worried about DEs next year on defense.

I heard he was recruited as a CB this time. Definitely was a S out of HS. I'm not sure though.

last I saw on walter football's mock draft they had jalen collins to the saints in mid second round

Collins is gone imo. Mills stays.
Tre White, Dwayne Thomas, Ed Paris, Kevin Toliver, Russell Gage, Jalen Mills, John Battle, Xavier Lewis, and Jeremy Cutrer can all play corner/nickel.
Safety concerns me more so I really hope we get Mills back. I see Paris getting more PT at safety.
We'll have Dwayne Thomas, Ed Paris, Jamal Adams, Jalen Mills, Rickey Jefferson, and Corey Thompson at safety.
