What you got? Honestly can't be much with the way we've played to this point.

All I got is I don't feel like we have a Friday night ace, more like 2 Saturday starters and a Sunday guy.

Also, untested on the road (with the exception of a midweek game against ULL), that could be a problem.

Happy 36,000th!

I see no weaknesses whatsoever.

I wish Gausman was back, but I have faith in Nola. He has been hit some, but that isn't bad at the same time. It's good to see our hitting step up sometimes to protect the pitchers.

My only one is your second point and that's we haven't played away from the Box much. Not a fan of our first real test being on the road at a pretty good MSU team.

Scoring no runs after having 2nd and 3rd with no out can be covered up against Nicholls. That will lose a lot of games in the SEC. We hope they can focus for 9+ innings against top competition, but we haven't seen it yet.

Nola is a top 20 pitcher in the game right now.

Valid, especially for guys like Bregman, Laird, Ibarra, and Glenn who haven't had much experience on the road OR with SEC play.

Another one is bullpen, I would really like Rumbelow or Lamarche to step up as a closer so Cotton can move back to middle relief.

Nah this team is hitting well and have been good fielding all year, I think as far as last years team went (1 game from omaha) this team is a much more polished version. We should host regionals and supers...

Untested on the road and a LITTLE shaky on quality pitching depth where I'd be worried if we lost a guy for an extended amount of time.

Every team has experienced that this season.

I hope so, what do you have to back that up though?

Stats and eye test. The guy has a good fastball and a breaking ball and pounds the strike zone.

Middle relief is still my biggest concern. We have not been consistant there. That and hoping leaving so many runners on base doesn't come back to bite us.

Concerned about how our Sunday starter will hold up again SEC hitters. Hope he does well, but don't know that he will flourish against these dudes with his below average velocity. He will need solid run support.

Good point.

Really hoping this team hasn't played their best ball already.

until some more guys step up, releif pitching. We are set with bou and cotton, and rumbelow will come around soon once he has gotten enough innings in. They really need some more guys to step up because you cant get through a whole series using a starter and the same 3 releivers. Im looking at Bonvillain, Barry, and hopefully McCune when he gets better to step it up. Maybe LaMarche if he can find his stuff
