On College Football Sunday just now, sports reporters Jason Sehorn and others were all asking Paul Finebaum "what were Bama people saying about the Alabama vs Tenn rivalry" that he attended?

Paul "All Alabama wanted to talk about was LSU, that was probably their problem when they played Tenn."

What Bama people talked about LSU?

I guarantee you Saban had his team thinking about Tennessee.

For the record. I listened to everything that pertains to LSU, College Football Sunday reporters had LSU ranked 2nd and 3rd. They also were curious as to what Bama was thinking, now we know. It's been all about facing LSU.

Un-possible.

I've been told that the Bama v Tenn game is sooooooooo important that Permanent Cross Division matchups simply MUST remain. It would be an epic miscarriage of justice and likely to throw the earth out of orbit and cause death to the universe if that VITAL matchup were not preserved.

No way that Bama was not laser focused on the contest. I cannot believe it!

Remember..no team has ever beat Bama because they were simply the better team...only Bama can beat Bama and "allow" you to win...

For the last 5 years I've thought we were gonna have tough time beating Alabama.

After seeing what I've seen from both teams this year, LSU should be favored to win this game.

Assuming of course they don't turn ball over and pile up 10 penalties.

Paul was asked what Bama was thinking. Bama is consumed with LSU, I always told by Bama fans it was the other way around.

he's an Alabama apologist. just like the announcers last night. bama was "tired" because they haven't had a bye week yet. bama was looking forward to LSU, etc, etc

when LSU plays flat it's....Miles plays down to the competition, the Tigers aren't that good, etc, etc

Just one time I want to see a LSU go in there and put a beat down on them that the "experts" and media can not come up with an excuse to why Bama lost other than to say they just got whipped...period...nothing else you can say...

A beat down like LSU put on Miami a few years back in the bowl game...

Paul was too busy sucking up to notice Tenn's missed field goals.

If our defense and ST play well and we don't have any turnovers, we've got a good chance to win. But if we turn the ball over late in the game or have more than two turnovers total, allow them to score more than 21 points, or give them a ST touchdown, it will be hard to win at their place. Also, have got to keep Henry under 100 yards.

bama will be a 5 or 6 point favorite, minimum. You can count on REC doing work...it may not be blatant, but LSU will have some HUGE penalties....bama will not. LSU will need to beat them convincingly so that even the refs can't help them....and I think that will happen. I'm loading up taking the points for 500 and betting it straight for 500.......I lose, I lose...but I like our chances. This bama offense is anemic....and BH is picking up steam...bigtime. I wonder if the national media is still saying we are one dimensional? I wonder if ears cowturd is still saying bama rolls us because we are completely one dimensional.

Most likely will happen next year, but a strong victory this year will satisfy the pallet like a fine Bordeaux.

It's happening this year. Bama was smoking cigars after the Tenn game as if that was abig deal, but that was all theater, it was fake. LSU and Fournette are very real.
