Baseball America: How does Florida lose 2 and move down 3 spots, but aTm lose 2 and moves up to #1?
Is it safe to say that we are fighting for a national seed with USCe, Vanderbilt, and Ole Miss?

Bc they took a series from a top ten team. Dropping the midweek game doesnt matter. UF lost the series and A&M didnt.

Because A&M won a series against a top 10 team. Personally, I think Miss State should have moved up to #1.

I'm more curious how LSU takes a series from the best team in the country and only moves up 1 spot.

Last two spots are up for grabs. LSU needs to make a push in Hoover to overtake South Carolina for sure. I assume Virginia with a solid showing in acc tourney will also be a top 8.

I think South Carolina, LSU, Ole Miss, Vanderbilt, Virginia and NC State are all fighting for the final 2 national seed spots.

because everyone ranked ahead of us won their series last week. One team we jumped, Ole Miss, went 1-3 last week. The other, Florida State, dropped a home series to Miami

Right on the edge of a national seed by all metrics. A strong showing in Hoover this week (and poor showings by those ahead if us!) could tip it!
