Good series W and it was noted by the pollsters. At least it keeps the fans interested for another week while the team works out their kinks at the plate.

Can't figure out how a team that needs to fire its head coach and hitting coach is the highest ranked in SEC in two out of three polls posted (as of 9:30 AM).

We were told repeatedly after Friday's game by numerous baseball experts on the Rant that LSU would drop out of the polls this week.

LSU can make its bones with a strong week beginning Tuesday, vs the McNastys from Louisiana Lafayette. Then it's Ole Miss this wknd. The Rebels are on a roll, and won't be an easy out in the Box.

I think it's so funny people are either falling off the cliff or completely mocking those who are freaking out....
Ultimately, LSU is not playing very good baseball right now, but you can obviously see the talent this team has and every team goal is still currently in play. Just have to start hitting with men on base and get the pitching tuned up a little bit.
I think we should all feel very content with our current SEC position but know we have to start playing better soon rather than later if we want to win the SEC and make it to Omaha.
