Focus Friday

Love it. Just love it. I'm going to incorporate these into my every day life.

Coach O explained no repeat one day during an interview.
The idea is that the offense execute a drive and accomplish the goal in game type situations against the defense. They work on being successful on the play they run because they are not going to repeat it.
