I'd go Wilson since he's gotten more out of Wilson. Or Chavis bc Chavis has pretty much saved his career, though I'm glad Chavis is gone.

He's definitely my favorite Day 1 hire. I am very impressed he got him on the staff.

I don't know about the best, but he brings some fire to the staff that has been missing. Can't wait to see the emotion he can bring to the defense.
