They both came through for me with help with a Christmas gift or 2.

I have a friend who had field passes twice (UGA 08 and Bama 2010 ) and she invited me to go on the field with her. Got some neat shots of Miles coming out of the tunnel and I made a collage of those and the LSU Tiger Stadium Sign, Mike, things that ARE LSU. Well, and while my friend would have a collage I made one for myself too! (I'm a girl so it's ok)

In addition, we tailgate right next to the coaches' wives and my daughter wanted to take her pic with Kathy Miles ... she was so nice about it and didn't seem to mind. My daughter told me later that she'd like Kathy's autograph.

So I mailed these on MONDAY of this week, sent postage paid return photo mailers and the mailman just brought them back!!!!

Can't wait to give these to my friend and my daughter ... The AP Coach of the Year ... what a guy he is. I hope he is here for a longggggggggggg time!

ray terese, I mailed them to Coach & Mrs. Miles, The Athletics Administration Building, Baton Rouge, LA. Just don't remember the zip code.

I got the address on the LSUsports.net site.

For anyone that sends anything wanting it BACK, fyi, I sent a postage prepaid envelope with my name as the return address and the mailing address. THAT way I knew it'd get back to me if they just drop it in. It's kind of a pain for me to keep it all straight but it's worked great. Point was to make it as EASY as possible for THEM.

Took a photo of me and dad at NCG in '07 with field in the back drop/etc. Great pic. Wrote a letter with the pick to Miles and told him this was for my father for fathers day, even though the lady in the sports office said they get tons of these and can't promise anything. Mailed it The week after the champ game (THE WEEK AFTER) and it was in my mailbox the next week addressed to my dad. Framed it and the ticket from the game as a gift to him for father's day.

This reminds me of when my friend was at a little league baseball game and saw Les. It was Father's Day and when he met Les he jokingly said how awesome it would be for his dad to receive a "Happy Father's Day" from Les Miles.

Les's reply with a big smile on his face: "Give me the phone."

I hope he stays here for eternity + a year.

pwejr88 and John, AWESOME!!! Miles just seems like such a genuine, family oriented, friendly, NICE guy ... and they say nice guys don't win??? I think Miles has debunked this old saying.

I have to add, my signed Les Collage will hang in my sons' room ... it's got all kind of LSU stuff including many autographed pics.

QUESTION: Where should I hang this one in relation to Little Nicky's autographed pic? On the side of? Across the room from? On top of? I have to say back in 2003 we wrote a letter to Nick Saban and he sent back an autographed pic saying "Thanks for being such a loyal fan" .. that was for my at the time 11 yo son.
