Coach Corey Raymond deserves a raise

He should not be receiving less pay than Coach Peveto or Grimes. He is a master recruiter and leads DBU. He would be a major loss to the staff if he left.
Raymond $310,00 + $75,000 incentives
Peveto $400,00 + $75,000 incentives
Grimes $362,500 + $75,000

Grimes did a damn good job last year and recruits just as well as Raymond.
Peveto has been with Miles since OKST.

He also helps on the defensive side of the ball. He has a ton of experience, coaches Special Teams, helps coach the defense, is a great recruiter, and Les Miles trusts him. I guess that's about it. I hear he knows how to cook good as well.

I think not. How many number 1 ranked offensive linemen has he recruited? How many 5 star? How many 4 star? What state does he have a high profile presence in for recruiting? When did LSU become O-line U? Don't underestimate Corey Raymond.

far as I can tell, the first time they coached together was 05 at LSU.
side note, I didn't realize BDP would be coaching LBs this yr.

Cam Cameron was the lead recruiter for Franks. Franks has mentioned Cameron numerous times as a reason he chose LSU. Never has he mentioned Peveto.
