This has been debunked in another thread today. He had chances to come here before and didnt, hosed LSU on the way out. Was totally out of football when he finally did come here. he always had a chip on his shoulder towards LSU when he was at Ole miss, tennessee, and usc. He never played here and has no previous connection to LSU other than being born in the same state. Hell, LSU fans hated him until he came here.
Sure its his dream job, just like any big time college is his dream job. Who cares? we need to worry about who is our dream hire, not who's dream it is to coach here.
