Les to implement policy you drop a clearly easy catch in the game...you ride the pine until the ride home.

the receivers were just like the fans , looked like they would rather be elsewhere ....

Les has a want for the receivers to catch the ball better.

This kind of thing is one of the things that Miles does great.
After the Auburn game, he was giving praise to the team. He told the story of a player coming up to him and saying "Coach, we're pretty good."
Now, he's cracking down. He's challenging them. I bet they respond positively.
In the end though, motivation is one thing. Being able to execute is another. The WRs could come out and play great...and that wouldn't be the entire issue with the passing game.
