Les has lost to Saban four straight times. That's not exactly a beaming record.

Good luck to him, I hope he gets what ever issues he has straight. It also just opens up another spot for us.

What does this have to do with "defending les miles"? That is completely unrelated. Plus how can you not label the guy as a bust considering he was a 5 star prospect and we have never heard anything good about him from the coaches, the little we saw from him he was underwhelming at best. He also took awhile to "adjust to the climate" or something ridiculous like that.

Please do tell if you think the guy is a star but the coaches are to blame.

Beckwith destroyed that big Alabama RB at the goal line last season. Only time I've seen him hit that hard. Usually he's running over and through everyone. Sorry, to see Garrett go. Guess he couldn't get his grades straight and handle the intense heat down there.

Wait till the pumpers come out in full force; saying that it is the past prospects of Louisiana (that chose other schools) that have let the team Down.

Would figure this would come from an individual as yourself. One who gets upset when people criticize Miles that you immediately label them a "negatiger" or something dumb like that.
majority of people calling him a "bust" right now are only doing so because he made a decision to leave. A lot of the posters I am seeing making grand accusations of "no chest" are some of the same ones who talked him up as possible sleeper player all off season. A lot of people though it is ok to cricize the player, especially once they've left but if one makes a critical comment about coaching staff they are ready to defend.

Fact is everyone should be wishing the young man well and hope he finds his place. Somewhere he will be comfortable, he isn't a "bust" because he could go somewhere and be productive. Just as Shepard wasn't a "bust" like people say. He came to LSU worked his butt off, was an ambassador off the field, and a true Tiger. None of that labels him a bust....

But Garrett has made a decision to leave the program so now it is ok to label him and mock him in some instances. Rant logic and hypocrisy at its finest.

May be talking about different plays, I'm referring to the hit on Yeldon by Louis that caused the fumble in the 4th quarter...

I'm from the Chicago area and went to see him play one game during his senior year. I thought he was vastly overrated and said as much on the recruiting board, which I got killed for, rightfully so, because he was yet to sign. After the game I texted this to a friend of mine on the LSU staff, "Honestly, I expected more. Usually a kid like that is really going to jump out during warmups and it took me a bit to figure out which player was him, which wasn't a good sign. If I was there looking for an LSU caliber kid I would have never recommended him."

Yes we are talkin about different plays. I'm talkin about Beckwith knockin the crap out of Big number 2 Derrick Henry. This guy had been steamrolling through everyone. Bama gave it to him when they were down at LSU's 2 or 1 yard line expectin him to run right in. Beckwith crushed his arse head on. You could see he didn't expect to get hit like that. lol

Minter's 2011 was a lot better than Beckwith's 2014. I don't care what the stats say; Minter was killing it in the back half of the year.

Minter had an elite dline in front of him, though, so it's hard to compare.

Beckwith isnt going to be projected 2nd or 3rd round. Unless he takes a major step back, he is a 1st rounder. I would almost call that a lock

MLB rarely get drafted in the 1st round. There is nothing that says Beckwith is a first Rd talent.
