Clemson's DC said LSU's idea of misdirection is a play-action pass?

Face it, our offense is less sophisticated than a lot of high school offenses.

My 7 on 7 flag football team had a more complex offense.

And when I give a shite what Clemson thinks I'll call him back for his opinion.

Their offense spent a ton of time on the ground in the backfield. I wouldn't say they were all that. Yes, they won, I was there, but it was nothing our D couldn't handle until they were gassed from being on the field for the entire damn game.

Do you think the nine 3 & OUTs had anything to do with our defense getting gassed?

You're pretty dumb. You can stop now.

We got one TD off of a turnover on their end of the field and another one from a long run from Hill to start the second half. We had, what, 9 three and outs. And Clemson was throwing all over us. Clemson, statistically, stomped all over us. It's just a fact.

Yes.....my point was Clemson was not that offensive savvy team we couldn't figure out.

He called our O unit out, theirs wasn't that hot.

Throwing for 346 yards against a SEC defense is pretty damn impressive IMO. We can't sniff that against Idaho.

As most rantards do, you took him out of context and misunderstood what he was saying.

He wasn't making fun of LSU's offense, he was simply talking about what the focus of his job is as a DC when playing a team like LSU.

Schematically we are simple...no secret there, but for a DC that doesn't automatically make us easy to stop.

The challenge for a DC when playing us is getting his team to try and match the physicalness of our team. That is a lot easier said than done. Clemson's coaching staff did a great job of getting their team fired up to prove their manhood against LSU.

Go and read Clemsons fan boards and their newspapers. Beating us was a BIG DEAL to them because when you can beat us at the point of attack it really means something.

And THAT my friend says something about LSU and who we are and who we are considered to be.
