For all you people that have this perception that ESPN hates us and blah blah shut it! Chris Lowe always has a very even keeled perception. Anyone know if he went to UT or South Carolina?

I'm not sure if he went to either...I know he was a beat writer for Tennessee prior to coming to LSU but not too sure about attending

ESPN certainly doesn't "hate" LSU. If anything, they love the high profile teams giving them material they can use to manipulate the fan base into saying they hate them, which gives them more material to use.
I agree there are homers (like Ohio State man Herbstreit), but I would be willing to bet that whatever makes the money story, etc is what carries the writers day at ESPN. I would also bet some popcorn that some of the commentators, etc dont agree with all of the material editors give for presentation. I could be wrong of course and it could be some big corporate America conspiracy against LSU, but come on people. There are plenty of writers and sports commentators with ESPN (or on loan to) that support LSU openly (like Palmer, etc).
Again - that is a view from in front of a computer and TV.
