I don't think most people realize that chip kelly likes control as evident in Philadelphia. He will not retain any of the coaches currently on staff so if you want him you gonna have to deal with those losses.

I wouldn't be surprised if he did. He was pretty amazed with the talent that we had after that 2011 arse whipping. I'm not saying it's happening but I wouldn't dismiss it.

Chip isn't coming here, but.....
I can see Wilson staying, Chip would rely on him for recruiting. He also has proven his worth as RB coach and brings in the best. Chip relies on having good RB's. Who doesn't though. No brainer imo but what do I know.
Now O on the other hand, not sure. Chip made 2 changes, I believe, as head coach at Oregon. One was his D line coach and that coach also followed him to Philly and is his assistant Head coach/D line coach. He's loyal, so.....question is, does O take a different title and stay or take another job.
