You are just running blind. keep citing his record 3-4 years from now, and I bet it'll be a whole lot different.

Most people cheered BC they thought he was done.

Had they known it would keep him, they would've booed.

Choctaw likes LSU being Saban, Freiz and Berts bitch. Bama is somewhat understable, but Ole Miss and Arkansas? Arkansas? Really? I like Miles, but come on. No reason to lose to Arkansas and Ole Miss more than 1 out of every 4 to 5 years.
Anyone who doesn't think Miles doesn't need to retire is obviously a liberal or at least acting like one.

Who cares?

Auburn is building for the future. They got some great dual threat QBs, a 5 star WR, and great RBs coming in. That defense will improve.

TAMU's pass D is legit and their defense will only get better. Once Kyler Murray develops, look out!

Bret at Arky will be a tough game every year regardless

Freeze is building an offensive juggernaut

McElwain is going to have Florida at the top of the East and more potent on offense for years to come

Bama is Bama until Saban leaves.

LSU will be a 7-5 to 9-3 team until Miles finally retires which could be after his contract runs out.

It's pretty stable but should have improved more than it did this year. I think a change was warranted but the administration blew it. The program, however, is not some big joke that is back to where it was during the Hallman era like most of you douchebags have been hammering. The rest of the West isn't rejoicing tonight...

I hear you I should've been more specific. The teams that matter are rejoicing.

This. Or do you tards really think he'd have been carried away off the field to a standing ovation just for winning an ugly game over a lousy unranked Aggy?

gram, as a whole, are we progressing or regressing from that one day in history, from what we've seen the past 4 seasons

By your logic, as soon as we win a national championship and don't win the next year then we are regressing and therefore the coach is suspect.

Do you realize how idiotic this sounds. There's no room for a bad year in your world. And let's consider that a bad year for you is winning only 76% of your games.

You are loony tune. Seriously.

Not only that, but their decision making process on the matter has been run through the ringer.

Everyone agrees that changes need to be made. I won't deny it at all. That said, with the available replacements being slim to none and everyone hiring, firing a coach who wins at a 77.5% clip is pretty silly, especially when it goes against what everyone else believes is the right choice. It'd make LSU's leadership appear in the same light as this board, reactionary and mostly irrational. Maybe that's alright with fans fed up with results, and that's fine. Being passionate and sometimes irrational is a part of being a fan of something.

From an organizational standpoint, though, it looks terrible to both possible replacements and players interested in coming here. Liken it to a CEO having a board basically vote him out due to a product launch failing to take off. You don't axe someone because their vision failed, but you do let them know to make vast changes to keep their job or to respectfully step down.

This allows the man to leave with dignity or have his time to adjust to keep his job and wipes LSU's hands clean of the matter. Failure isn't acceptable, and neither is a 3 game slide. That's a fair criticism, as are his stuggles in the West. That said, neither is allowing your program to descend into anarchy and ruin all of the positive PR it has gained in the past year with this shitshow. Many people likely supported Les solely out of displeasure for how LSU was willing to let it go down, and that's completely justifiable for someone who loves this program to do.

With all due respect, you can't possibly believe that Bama, Arky and Ole Miss are sad to see Coach Miles stay at LSU as head coach. All three of those teams soundly beat LSU more than once in recent years.
