Advocate

Also Chiznik just signed with UNC so we can rule him out as DC even though on here he wasn't highly sought after.

Figured this would happen. Don't blame Alleva one bit.

I'm definitely not a lawyer, but he's probably going to say that TAMU and Chavis had some sort of agreement before Jan 1st.

By the way, that statement or admission has more than just $400k implications.

How much does LSU still owe them from the 90s?

Why? It's in the contract...He owes it...there's NOTHING he can do to stop us from going after it, suing his arse if necessary.

This is proof to me LSU wasn't at all fighting to keep him. His pay raise at aTm almost equals his buyout!

I would like to see what contract attorneys say about this. Does A&M owe the buyout because they negotiated with him prior to 1/1 or are they ok if the contract was not executed until 1/1?

This is really going to be fun....the issue of LSU ending the home and home with aTm back in the 1990's will surely resurface now!!!!!!!!

Kinda ironic that he left for TAMU to get a 400k raise and now owes a 400k buyout

Did Chavis' contract expire at midnight? And if so, did Chief sign with the Aggies before then?

If so, then Alleva's claim has some merit. If not, he's gonna look awfully stupid standing there with his dick in his hand.

Alleva getting ready to show us he has a strong pimp hand if he nails the hire and makes Chavis pay up.

Alleva is such a tough guy. He'll handle Chavis like he handled the Duke lacrosse players.
