Rewatching the Bama game in 08 and I forgot how good he was. He was the honey badger before the honey badger. Plus he was a closer on the 09 national championship team. Was never in trouble. What a shame he didn't have a chance to take it to the next level.

Knock down at Miss State, JPW sack at Bama, and the knockout against Arkansas. That's legendary.

I remember seeing that and the entire stadium just said, "OHHHHHH!" when he hit Joe Adams. Guy's helmet went flying, Chad was on his knees and Rahim Alem ran up to Chad to check on him.

The PP7 windmill too.

I remember him catching a ball and running to first base with the Texas batter/base runner going into avoidance...

The worst part of his accident, IMO, was that it robbed us of seeing him reach his potential in football. He was good at LSU but he was destined to be great. Truly great. He seems to be an even better person.

Thank you for being a Tiger, Chad.

Dreadlocks of doom.

Laid lumber in football and had a nasty slider.
