Do you really think this bullshite actually supports an argument?

How exactly is this bullshite? He's an injury risk and has been one in colleg & the pros. Facts are facts.

Argument: Mariotta is a better pro prospect than mettenberger.

Support: mett has been hurt before, and didn't win a game as a starter in his rookie campaign.

That is not supporting your argument, you simply explained why he isnt a good prospect, not why marriotta is better.

Also, Mett sustained an injury on the last drive of 2013, that carried into his rookie year. He isnt injury prone just because he got injured once. He also got a shoulder injury behind a line that gave up on him, no need to keep putting him through that.

And he went 0-6 as a starter, on a team that went 2-8 when he wasnt one. I dont think that qualifies as an indictment.

Mettenberger hasn't played a full season of football since '12 season

He played the whole 13 season. Was hurt at the end of the last game.

What are you talking about?

I never said that every pocket passer in the league was gone. But, guys like Manning are disappearing. He's a statue in the pocket and if the Oline is having an off day. He's done.

You are getting waxed in this thread dude... Didn't turn out the way you thought....

Bottom line is that there is nothing wrong with Mett at TENN... Thy need way more than a qb and mariota will NOT be the anser.......

Newton has still been able to produce with a below average oline play & a questionable OC in Mike Shula.

In the end, we can agree to disagree. I think five years from now Mariota will be a starter in the league and Mett will be a QB2 somewhere.

If he was truly thought of as someone who had franchise QB ability, then you would have expected him to be taken well before the likes of Tom Savage, Logan Thomas, Jimmy Garopolo, and AJ McCarron

Yep, cause Tom Brady went real early in the draft

Brutally honest...

As much as I love Mett, he has the worst pocket presence I've ever seen in a pro QB.

He can't seem to unload to a check off prior to taking a blow from some freak defensive lineman...

Is he a masochist??
