Bright, but short career. The "what-ifs" really make his legacy somewhat mythical.

His freshman year far exceeds what buga did in his freshman year.
Can you imagine how good he could have been?

He was a red shirt freshman... I always said Cecil was the best I've ever seen until I saw Leonard...

I guess you meant he had the potential to exceed what LF7 has done, because he only had like 540 yards

I'm with you, I was shocked when they had him on the radio this morning. He's a rapist. He raped a woman.

We seem to conveniently forget that because he was good at running with a ball in his hands.

What does it say that I saw "Cecil Collins" in the thread title, thought to myself "hmmmm, really?", clicked on it, then saw "chad Blouin" and thought "that fricking POS"

Lots of Wampus Cat talk.

I think one of the biggest foreshadowings was him saying that 1995 state championship was his worst game ever. I was there and he did get shut down that game. Leesville's only score was a hail mary on the last play. I think the final was Salmen 39, Leesville 7.

It was like his send off into the real world, and although he was great, he wasn't invincible.
